What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship small order in mailbox packaging (up to 4 chai bags). Everything else will be shipped with parcels. In the Netherlands we’ll send out our orders with PostNL. If you want, you can also pick up your order at our place. Click this option at checkout and you’ll receive the pickup details via email.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. However, some countries are not included. Please check if your country is included at the checkout page.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We usually hand over your package the courier within 1-3 working days. Depending on how busy it is at the parcel services, you’d typically get your package between 1-4 days. 


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept Ideal, creditcard and Paypal payments. 

Is your webshop safe for online payments?

Yes. We work with official payment providers only.

How do I place an Order?

Find anything you like and place it in your cart. You can find your cart in the upper right corner. Please make sure you fill in all your correct details for the best and convenient shopping experience.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

After checkout and payment you can’t cancel your order online. Please send us an email at [email protected] or reply to your order confirmation email.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once we hand over your parcel to the delivery services, you’ll get an email with a Track & Trace. 

How Can I Return a Product?

First send us an email to [email protected] to notify us of the return shipment and the reason you’d like to return the product. Due to food safety concerns, we can’t take back any opened or unsealed bags.
